Worst experience with rude, arrogant, low mentality manager, Late night manager told us to leave the room because room is already booked online by someone else.. he is not even sorry about his actions .... Please don't reach the hotel with family or friends....i leave the hotel at 10 night .... I was crying whole night because of arvi hotel manager and staff... Please stay safe 🙏 please it's really horrible night for me.
The rooms are quite nice, not as big or lavish as other 4 or 5 star hotels but it's ok. The food at the restaurant is also great, especially the non veg. Service and location is also great. If you don't have a very high budget then go for it, it's budget friendly.
Wish there was a negative stars options to rate. Did an online booking on Agoda and went there , reached the hotel in the evening , these crooks have given my room to some one else and had an odasity to tell me there are no rooms left for me. They asked me manage for the night else where and come back next day they will give me the room the next day, as I had 2 days booking. Went with my mother, and had a terrible experience, hotel staffs are rude, Zero service. Terrible and pathetic place to stay.
Total Samster and Fraud Hotel. The manager keeps on calling again and again for advance payment around 10 times a day and once you do the advance payment they will not provide you any facilities. Also they will show you a small rates and once you start living they will increase the price when you have no other option. The above review are also fake. Poor staff, poor management, Ill mannered Owner. If anyone wants any feed back they can hangout me on the above mail ID, please try not to get scammed.
Tried India food here. Very nice and far better than costlier restaurant available in Varanasi. Ambience is nice. Very spacious. Simple decoration, old school type. Bright lighted restaurant it is. Servers are humble. Overall satisfaction as value for money.
