It was my first and 'hopelessly' last delivery order. Item found missing on delivery. On being asked the reason, the first reply was, we have delivered correct. On insisting they tried to blame it on delivery boy. On argument they yielded to supply after 1-2 hrs. However finally they supplied within 25 minutes. But so much argument in present competitive world! Now coming to food, it was very ordinary as one may get anywhere. Worst experience.
According to me previously this was the best restaurant in our locality but my today's experience was a nightmare. The worst restaurant I have ever visited. Just now I with my entire family came here for dinner.We waited for atleast 40 min and guess what at last we have to leave the place without dining . No prompt reply... No food stocks available.... Casual behaviour of waiters Paneer nahi hai... mix veg aur mushroom ho jayega....we said ok.... again after 10 minutes sir 1 he plate mix veg hoga... mushroom 2 plate le lijiye... Such as paneer, mix veg...etc ... This was the first time I ever got embarrassed infront of my family. Wasted the day and a lot of time... seriously.
Very nice ambience, and food was too good. Service wise, i can say they need more staff to peek hours. Overall it was very nice experience. We ordered tandoori roti & kadhai chicken. Food was tasty and medium spicy.
The quality and taste was so awesome that I really did not expect . I eat both veg and non veg items and was quite impressed with the taste from 1st bite itself. It is Highly recommended to give a try at least one if you are around. The ambiance and services was also markable.
Small place set aside from the main bustle of the city. Was very much pleased with the Jalfrezj and the Paneer Butter Masala. Rotis were too good. The place is definitely worth a try.
