Again an untrue statement by the owner. The salesman clearly, confidently reassured that color will not come out.. Also saare was not all damaged at home else no one is so altruistic to accept a damaged product.. The owner is shifting blame to customer. But no grievance resolution can be expected from this shop. ADVICE - SALESMAN SHOULD NOT MAKE FALSE CLAIM WHILE SELLING AND OWNER SHOULD TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HIS STAFF'S WORDS.
Had a very bad experience with this shop.The salesman claimed that no matter how much you wash it at home, the color would not fade. But a lot of color came out of the saree, my hands got completely stained, and the owner refused to exchange it for second time.They should not make false claims nd the owner should take responsibility of the any defects or claims.Will never visit this shop again nd suggest others also to beware.
Best experience 😁. Nishatganj me itni achchi Shop hai hume Idea nhi tha par yaha jakar puri tarah se satisfied hai . Most important the behaviour of owner and staff is too good . 😃👍 Specially suggest for cotton and simple saree quality is too good 💯😊.
