Barber needs to be changed. Man at the counter does not know about appointment. Barber spoilt the haircut, perhaps that man had no idea about haircutting. A PLACE NOT FOR A HAIRCUT AT LEAST. No one contacted after the above given review.even after around week plus. One can now know why they do not have quality. NOT ADVISED A PLACE. POOR SHOW
I Got my hair washed, cut, spa conditioning treatment and blow dry by the wonderful hair dresser and the stylist..at Fox &Janes Bareilly. He made the best effort to make me feel relaxed and consult me to find out exactly what I wanted. I left the salon feeling so happy and chuffed with my hair . I couldn't have ask for a better experience.
I went to get my hair trimmed but the owners ( a man and a lady ) were forcing me to get my hair coloured and get highly priced hair treatments which I didn't want and were suggesting treatments which I didn't even need . Then they forced me to get a proper haircut instead of getting my hair trimmed. Also the person who gave me the haircut was forcing me to take hair treatments even after saying no after several times. I have got long hair but that person took hardly five mins to comb my hair and trim them and then when I saw my hair I regretted my decision to come here . Even that staff person was asking me to give him tip . After such a bad experience when I went to the counter to make payment the owner lady again forced to to buy highly priced shampoo and conditioner. Worst Service Worst Staff
Cons: - inconsistent quality of service. My mom and I got facials done at the same time to celebrate Mother's Day, but the lady giving my mom a "facial" didn't bother to spend even 5 mins for the massage and kept saying this was just a cleanup and massage is included in the higher version of facial. We had specifically asked for and paid in full for a facial (almost 2k per person). Owners justified the staff's action without offering any refund / lowering the bill to correctly reflect the service provided , despite the staff's comment that it was a cleanup. They did however say that next time the massage will be longer. Not done. quality of customer service can be much better given the price paid. Pros: - good location - good decor - clean and well lit
