I visited KSR Handlooms recently to purchase a Pattu saree, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The salesperson was rude and unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting or answering basic questions about the sarees. I expected better customer service from a reputed handloom store. When you're making a high-value purchase like a Pattu saree, the shopping experience should be respectful and pleasant. Sadly, that was not the case here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to their staff to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism.
I had a very disappointing experience at KSR Handlooms Boutique section. The salesperson for pattu sarees did not treat customers well and did not show the sarees properly. The behavior was unprofessional and unfriendly, which made the shopping experience unpleasant. I expected better service, but unfortunately, it was not up to the mark.
“I visited a Chirala saree store just a week ago, and I’m really glad I did. The collection was huge—so many varieties of cottons and silks, especially the Kuppadam sarees with rich borders. The staff were extremely polite and patient; they showed me dozens of options without any hurry and even explained which ones were handwoven and how to tell the difference.
You will find good variety of saries here. But design and colors are limited for some verities. The shop is on the second floor but they make you remove slippers at ground floor it self, way before you enter the lift, a bit wierd. Staff is not very good with hindi or English but manageable. Overall if you are in chirala and a sari lover you should visit this place.
