From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon is spotless, beautifully designed, and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service.
The staff were well mannered and the salon is beautiful but I'm experiencing too much hairfall after the spa. I had done by spa on 17th September and after that I washed my hair 3 times till today. There's a normal hairfall all of the people are experiencing and we can't ignore that but after the spa it's too much hairfall.
I had a very disappointing experience at Myrius Professional. The service was not up to professional standards at all. Despite the high pricing, the treatment was incomplete—they didn’t even provide steam during the hair spa. After the session, my hair remained frizzy, which completely defeats the purpose of the spa. On top of that, there was no power backup, so I had to sit for over an hour just to get my hair blow-dried after the wash. Overall, it felt like a fake and overpriced service. Definitely not worth it.
This was my second visit to this place. I was satisfied with my first so decided to go for a second one. Got my hair coloured and thereafter the spa treatment. Neither my hair was washed properly nor the spa was done properly by the female staff. Only the spa cream was applied,no masage was done,nothing. The only thing I got to hear was that, the staff was getting late for home so she needs to quickly finish it off. The next day when I washed my hair,my hair towel was full of color. The proprietor of the salon is really a good and well trained person but sir you definitely need to train your staff properly.
The staff are well mannered. And the salon looks good as well. For females any hair cut will be charged rs500 including hair wash. I've got my hair cut and I'm satisfied with it but I've rated it with four star because although the hair cut is looking good from the front, but from the side I'm not fully liking it. But what's done is done. Anyways you can definitely go to this salon.
