Today I went for waxing and other services. While waxing, the wax became very hot and was unbearable. I kept on saying that it’s hot but the person did not even bother. She kept quite and continue doing the waxing. I did not like this behavior. I told her that I would do half leg waxing only as I cannot bear the hot wax so she did half leg wax only. While billing, she asked me to pay for full leg waxing. When I asked her that I did only half leg, she said that it was me who decided to do half leg. Since I initially asked for full leg so I need to pay for full leg wax only. I was in a hurry that time so I had no option but to pay for full. But this was very unfair on her part. You cannot charge a client for the service you did not offer. On top of that she was not even sorry.

Excellent service. Great value for money. I travel from Barsha for this place twice in a month. It's totally worth it. The Filipino ladys back massage is awesome. I am her fan. They always offer coffee and tea. Which is really great. Just the fact that they offer is a huge thing. They deserve a good tip.
