It was an amazing experience , I'm very glad to get all the services done by sana , Her way of managing customers was tremendous. She is very skilled, experienced and very professional in her work , I'll definately recommend people if they can get makeup , haircut and other services done by sana.they will definitely amazed with their before and after look.
Extremely disappointing experience. I visited for a simple hair trim, and they asked me to wait for 15 minutes — which turned into a frustrating 45-minute delay with no update or concern from the staff. The staff’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional — rude, disinterested, and careless. One staff member, Raju, even refused to attend me despite being asked by his own colleague, showing zero respect for customers’ time. If this is how they treat walk-in clients, it clearly reflects poor management and lack of basic customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this branch if you expect professionalism, courtesy, or value for your time.
I had a wonderful experience at the parlour. The manicure and pedicure given by Vimal was relaxing and neatly done. The staff was polite, professional, and attentive to detail. My hands and feet feel so fresh and soft!
