Worst experience........quality of clothes is worst it was torn. And when you will visit 4 to 5 people will h Gather around you to create unnecessary pressure to buy.better Go for Gadha collection near them you find better quality and staff.
We literally had the worst experience here, They stressed us out for weeks We paid for a saaree and gave it for polishing, when we went to collect it they said it was already been collected from our side(which never happened) And to mention very clearly 'The bill serial no. was also altered' And when we asked for the cctv footage they didn't show us that and started gaslighting us for their mistake When we started talking to Mr. Prateek agarwal (so called manager of the showroom)he started putting words in our mouth!!!! Which was literally cheap!!!! And the problem is still not resolved I wanted to give negative review seriously!!! There are much better places to shop from in civil lines 🙏🙏🙏
I had very worst experience with shree radhey shop as my wife picked up lahanga for wedding for which they told to do some process on dupatta of that lahanga but instead of it they just return it with doing iron on it after seeing it broke our trust at least try to give better service to customers
