However, the asparagus wasn’t properly cleaned, and the outer layer on the stem was dry and chewy. The staff were attentive, polite, and made the experience smooth and comfortable. Overall, The Maroon Room offers a wonderful ambience, good food, and great service. 100% for effort, but there’s still room for improvement—mainly in consistency and attention to detail with certain dishes.
