The hotel is very close to Puri Beach, and the cleanliness is good. The staff is generally polite, but there were issues with service. I requested a towel at 4 PM, but was told they were waiting for laundry, and I had to wait until 11:30 PM. Additionally, we paid for an extra bed while checking in, but it wasn’t provided until after midnight, despite several reminders to the reception. Also, the food is overpriced.
Our experience was very nice 👍in this hotel, they were very kind hearted people 💞 . Rooms were neat and clean and room service was also nice 👍. We stayed their for five days experience too good, the foods were also really good 👍☺

Located in close proximity to the beach, this budget friendly hotel was very good. The staff was polite and helpful. And the sea view from the balcony was very soothing to look at. Overall a nice experience.
