I had very bad experience with Zenny creations. I ordered total 115 piece red color kurta of different sizes as per my requirements. Miss varsha took order for the above order ( prepaid) Then they sent my package. After few days I received my order and there was two different colors(red and maroon) and they sent too many small size kurta (total 66) and 42 size kurta only one. When i asked miss varsha, she is telling that she is only taking the order and she is not responsible for packing and sending, she then gave Mr. Anil contact , initially he told he will replace the wrong orders and after that he stopped taking calls and replying watsapp. After that i call Mr. Mukesh sir(his no. Is on google) he is a good person, he looked into the matter and finally Miss varsha told that presently they dont have size 40 and 42 to replace the order and they gave me refund of rs 1500. Here the problem is person who is taking order doesn’t knows what is there in stock they simply take order and promise customer.
A clear case of fraud. Had ordered kids wear products and what was delivered was the poorest quality of saree! A joke they have made of the innocent public. If it's not fraud then plz pick up calls and share correct information and contact details of your company. If not anything then atleast answer the emails... It's a shame to have such an organisation.
Not able to understand the height of their fraud business. I had written a fair review earlier as well after that I Had ordered a SUIT on advance payment that was to be commitment delivered in 05 day . First fraud they sold a order that was not delivered by them on time after that saying to out of stock . More than 100 fake commitments and till date wrong product send nd BIG POINT IS CLOTHES Quality WAS CHEEP SERIOUSLY WASTING MONEY . I hope it will help others not to get cheated. All positive reviews will not be of actual customers but of their own people.
Such a fake company, i have asked for some desing and color and they send different desing with different color and when i asked to replace but he is not ready. For the first time they are giving good quality but after that when we ask for bulk order then they send us low quality product. its my personal experiance.P lz be aware to see what product they are sending. always recheck.
