Hot water service wasn't available at all. The staff had to manually heat the water for Mani Pedi which was inconvient not just for them but also for us. Not recommended.

The salon is very clean and the staff is lovely , kamlesh provides really good hair spa ,I would highly recommend a hair spa.

Very bad experience and extremely poor customer service. I literally had to wait more than 1 hour to just simply get my eyebrows done. So many people who came after us, cut the line and got whatever they needed. The staff was extremely reluctant to such behaviour and did not have a care about other’s time. The salon is extremely understaffed and unprofessional.

I had a very bad experience at Isha Salon—not just once, but twice. The staff is extremely arrogant, and there is absolutely no transparency in their pricing. They add hidden charges that were never mentioned upfront. I’m from Mumbai, and I’ve never faced such unclear and unfair billing even there. It seems they assume that if you’re from outside Jhansi, they can charge you anything they like. I’m not saying I won’t pay for the services I receive—but I expect clarity and respect. Here, neither was given. They don’t inform you of the rates beforehand, and after the service, they add charges for things you were never told about. Despite having a large staff, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple haircut, while three others were taken in before me. When I asked, they casually said they had prior bookings—but what about walk-in customers? Shouldn’t there be someone to attend to them too? The overall attitude and way of speaking of the staff are extremely unprofessional. If you have opened such a big academy and salon, first train your staff on how to behave with customers, speak politely, and offer services respectfully. I would give zero stars if I could. I will never visit Isha Salon again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. A salon experience should be relaxing—not upsetting. Sadly, mine was just the opposite.

Worst experience and zero customer satisfaction. I have been a regular customer since 2 years but they do not seem to take me seriously. We do opt services like hair spa, hair cut, pedicure for me and my sister but they never give us coffee ( i mean that is not the point but umm hello? ). The hair dressers also lack basic manners. They laugh smile to each other and dont cut the hair properly. Will not recommend this salon, they only cater to few knowns.
