Seems like varanasi make me his own and Assighat plays a big role in it.

As the sky slowly turned golden, Subah-e-Banaras started — a beautiful morning program with live classical music, Vedic chants, and group yoga by the river. There are no loudspeakers or crowds pushing around. It feels natural, peaceful, and very grounding. Sitting on the steps with a hot kullhad chai, it genuinely felt like time had slowed down. People around me included sadhus, students, morning walkers, and elderly couples offering flowers. The energy of the place wasn’t just religious — it felt more like a deep personal connection with the river and the city. After the sunrise, walking through the nearby lanes was another experience — incense in the air, fresh jalebis being fried, small shops opening for the day. Everything felt simple and real. Visited today! Extremely croudy. It felt like all of Varanasi is crowdy though not this much. I have been to ghats at Ayodhya gaths - with massive no of people but never crowding , Because of great arrangements. There we got multiple security assistance, proper space for everyone. It felt like these place aren't for me atleast. The crowd oh god. The water was definitely dirty due to flood water but whatever I expect clean water as claimed by govt under clean Ganga plan. There wasn't much to see though I captured the ghats .it wasn't a nice experience though a place to visit to meet people. I'd love to see increased facilities by proper arrangements, in future. Though it's varanasi all of places(except few like inside BHU) IS Crowdy and loud. Finally whatsever it's a tourist destination defined for its very own kind. I'd say whatever it is ,it is there for us to visit and take break. Rating -7.4/10 Suggestion:Be prepared for massive crowd.
