Mr. Ram bahadur has expertise in trimming short curly hair perfectly which is extremely hard to find here in lucknow. Also there head massage and facials is a must try. staff is quite polite and humble.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a salon – extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite raising the concerns with the owner a month ago, I’m sharing this now after hearing of yet another poor experience someone else had – clearly, nothing has improved. I booked makeup and hair services for my family for my sister's wedding, expecting a smooth and professional experience. We were assured there would be two staff members available and that it would take around 45 minutes to an hour to get two people ready. Instead, it took over four hours to get four people ready, causing us to be significantly delayed for one of the most important evening. The timing mismanagement was just the beginning. For the hefty prices they charge, one would at least expect decent product quality and lasting results. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Makeup started coming off within an hour, hairdos didn’t hold up, and the draping was a complete mess. We ended up feeling embarrassed at our own function. I strongly do not recommend this salon, especially for important occasions. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by looking elsewhere.
Absolutely the Worst Salon Experience – Avoid Aurum Salon at All Costs! I had the most disappointing experience with Aurum Salon. I had booked their makeup and hairstyling services for four people for my sister’s wedding—a very special day for our family. What we received was nothing short of a disaster. The entire process took over 3 hours for what should have been a 45-minute service. Makeup started melting off in less than an hour, and our hairstyles completely fell apart—it was embarrassing. We were delayed by 2 hours to the main event because of their mismanagement. Instead of feeling confident, we all looked clownish and poorly done up. The staff seemed completely inexperienced, and the quality did not reflect the hefty price they charged. This was supposed to be a joyous occasion, but their poor service genuinely ruined part of it. I wouldn’t recommend Aurum Salon to anyone. Not even deserving of 1 star.
