I came from Gurgaon. I bought 3 kurtas of 42 size but when I tried them it's was very tight, I got it changed to 44 size very next day, another hassles for me. Next day I left for Gurgaon. After coming back I got to know I have been given the same kurtas 42 size with 44 size tag. I called the owner and told him my concern and his answer was ho jata hai kabhi kabhi. No customer was there when I was doing shopping. He told me that it was his mistake and he will bear the courier charges and asked me to send it to him. I sent all the kurtas to my brother so he can get it changed. The owner changed the kurtas but refused to pay the courier charges. What kind of fraud is this. It was his mistake after committing then also he didn't pay the courier charges. Big shame to you. What kind of staff they have. I believe if the owner is not trustworthy how can you expect the same from the staff.
