Room service are great.. the person who all handle are very good and its very near to ghat.. it is located to centre and easy to travel very where you want to travel... its place to stay as well.
One of the best guest house in bananas. Close to all major attractions and ghats. Property is Nicely maintained and the staff is polite too. Would recommend if you looking for a budget stay.
I entered banaras , & been in first of property of banaras , From where hostel culture started. Healing, is at terrace sitting with community , and laugh and joy with stories shared. Highly reccomended,Banaras guest house, a place to feel banaras situated by panday ghat, a connection to stories of lanes of banaras.
This is a great place to stay for a budget traveler, all the sights are within walking distance. The staff are friendly.

One of my best experience in Varanasi have been coming to this place for last 3 times The Owner Ajay Yadav is a spectacular human being honestly very helpful at any time of the day .. Not like the scam which other hotel people try to put in when you arrive ..
I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. I booked an AC dormitory expecting at least the basic necessities to be taken care of, but the service was extremely poor. Despite asking four times for a blanket, the staff repeatedly ignored my request and ultimately refused to provide one. This is completely unacceptable, especially in an air-conditioned room where a blanket is a basic requirement. The staff showed no sense of responsibility or courtesy. There was a clear lack of professionalism and concern for guest comfort. For anyone considering staying here, especially in the dormitory section, I would strongly suggest thinking twice. This place needs serious improvement in customer service and hospitality standards. Not recommended at all. Very disappointing.
Loved staying here, though the rooms are not very big but are perfect for a budget traveller, the location is near to all the important places in banaras, the hot water facility is top notch, the staff was helpful and wifi was always available.
