The staff was not really helpful. Could've shown more interest in helping out the customer instead of being bored and disinterested. However the clothes stock was good. Still would have to admit that similar Odisha handloom is available in Kolkata too, even better varieties.

They have a decent collection of saree with discounts that go upto 20 percent. Gamcha available. Suit pieces also available, etc. Shop stays open from about 10am to 8.30pm
A place owned and managed by govt pf Odisha. The place is located just ver near to swargadwar road just opposite to bharat sevasram sangha . You can find authentic garments saris and gamchas of Odisha. I purchased a few gamchas and saris . On top of that salwar kirtas, shirts, dupattas, bed sheets of kotki all you can find under same roof . They offer some additional discount as well
Placed in a prime but very congested location. The internal ambience is a bit soothing though when compared with the busy and cacaophonic atmosphere just outside. The stock of clothing and fabrics is pretty good and genuine.
Clothing store by the government of Odisha. Very affordable and genuine saris, salwar suits and kurta for men available in Ikat, Sambalpuri, Bichitrapuri and tribal weaves. Around 30% discount available during festivals (Independence Day, Ganesh Chaturthi etc). Very polite and helpful staff.
