In my personal experience, this hospital was a complete disappointment. The senior staff talk as if basic manners don’t even exist — rude tone, zero respect, and abusive language right in front of patients. It genuinely didn’t feel like a professional environment. The OPD staff behave like they have the highest medical knowledge on earth, but when I asked about their qualifications, I found out some of them aren’t even from medical fields. Yet they act like they know more than the doctors. It felt confusing, unsafe, and totally unprofessional. When I visited for ear cleaning, I was shocked to see a completely non-medical person casually walking into the procedure room. The staff simply called him a “helping hand,” even though he wasn’t trained or qualified. I honestly couldn’t understand how such things are even allowed. The person handling Ayushman Card cases makes things even worse — calls you once and then disappears. No guidance, no support. If a patient is stressed, has traveled from far away, and comes with hope, the least they deserve is respectful communication. What shocked me even more is that some staff seem to take advantage of people who are not very educated — giving half information, confusing answers, and acting like patients won’t understand anything. This felt extremely wrong to me. My humble request to Dr. M.K. Gupta: Please look into this. People come to you with hope. They trust your name, your experience, and your hospital. Please ensure they get the respect and professionalism they deserve. Overall, my visit felt unprofessional, unorganized, and unsafe. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone until these issues are addressed.
