The staff is polite and experienced.I quite liked my haircut and hair spa, which was very well done by Rizwan. But for a regular hair spa, I think it's too expensive which even don't include steam. It was an average experience for me.
Visited this salon for the first time for haircut, first of all they tried to sell their products by insisting me that I have dandruff and then they proceeded to haircut which costed 450 rs. And the way I am looking after the haircut, i can say that they do not even know how to fade and give a harmonious look to the face. Regret the hell out of my life to visit here!
I had a great experience during my first visit to the Lakme salon today! Anshul who did my hair color was very knowledgeable, gave me lots of helpful tips, and took his time to do my hair patiently. Great job Anshul!!! Kiran did my eyebrow threading and did a great job as well. The manager was also very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated the quality of service. However, I was a bit surprised by the price. When I booked the appointment, I wasn’t clearly informed about the cost, and asked about my hair length, and how much gray hair I do which I think affected the pricing. While I did receive a discount after asking, I believe it would be helpful if the salon offered clearer communication about pricing in advance, maybe through a consultation or listing prices on their website. This would help avoid any confusion in the future.

Got Nanoplastia done .Some of my hair strands look like the staff forgot to put product on them.The staff takes two time consuming jobs at the same time and hence is in haste .Really disappointing.
Worst salon ever. They have done some neoplastia hair treatment and forced me to agree to it though I was concerned about potential side effects. As a result, I am now experiencing significant hair fall. When I raised my concerns, the manager responded rudely and refused to acknowledge any fault. Additional, the treatment effects faded after just one week. Don't go to this salon for any kind of treatment. Worst experience with the manager and treatment. They are not experienced people.
RADHA, I can’t stop appreciating her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I called her at the last minute before our flight for a hair spa and she was so generous enough to take me and my mother in when she had a client already. She gave us the best offer available for the Korean hair treatment and those 45 minutes were so relaxing for me and my mother. I could actually see visible results after that treatment and I’m not saying it for the heck of it. Their KOREAN-HAIR-TREAMENT is a must try. They have 10 steps also a 15 step one depending on your time. Please give them a try. And Radha, great job. Also daya, helped my mother out with patience and sincerity. You’re actually very professional and good at it.
