I am a frequent visitor at your salon and have always appreciated your services. However, I was extremely disappointed with the experience during my recent visit. I had taken an appointment for waxing and a few other services. Unfortunately, the quality of service was very poor this time. The staff member took an unusually long time to complete the waxing, which I understand may be because she was new. However, the wax used was of poor quality and left my skin red and irritated afterward. Considering the premium prices charged, I expect a certain standard of quality and professionalism. I also requested to speak with the manager, but the staff did not call them, which was very disappointing. In the future, I would appreciate it if the salon staff could ask customers about their preferred service providers. This would help ensure a more comfortable and satisfactory experience.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
