I ordered a tussar saree from this Manisha silks.. After 1 month waiting she sent different colour..i have asked for exchange..she is not accepting for exchange.i told before payment particular about colour.she said 100%% same will get. Now I called she declined calls also...
Ordered fabric. Initially wrong product was sent. We kindly sent the product to the rightful receiver. Upon requesting the right product to be sent, there was a long delay in shipping the product. I had mentioned several times that the fabric is needed urgently, and I was still made to wait. It has been 20 days since my order and I am still waiting. Request the owner to ensure the right product is sent and if not, not make one wait and issue refund. Very disappointing service.
