Whoever picks there phone has no clue about customer service... Not sure whats the reason of their arrogance. I called at 3pm to check if my altration work for kurta length is done as i was nearby so will pickup. That guy asked what time given on receipt when i mentioned 4pm he straight away told come at accurate time without even checking. Height of incompetency is that when i went at 4:30pm they not even started and told lie that just iron is pending and i had to wait for 20 mins so that they do altration. Some positives: Collection seems good and staff was patience enough to show different items to help.
Outlet is best for ethnic wear shopping. Sarvesh mishra helped me in choosing my outfit. Everyone is very cooperative.
I visited the store today and had a very wholesome experience. The staff was friendly, and especially Mr. Sarvesh was very polite and helpful. He showed me some very good collections. Overall, it was a great experience.
