Careless, arrogant and Insensitive staff. Burnt my scalp with iron after hair smoothening. I Paid 3500 of my hard earned money, only to apply burnol on my head after getting my scalp burnt. When I shouted at the hair dresser, he had the audacity to tell me 'apke apne balon ki steam se hi jal Gaya hoga, iron toh nai laga, while swallowing gutka', as if humne toh first time straightening karai h. On top of this, he started to giggle with his assistant. When my mother asked kitna temperature rakha h ,he said humara toh 210 hi h, apne ghar jakr ap 170 pe kar liya karna. I hope he sits in a chair someday and someone burns his scalp while smirking at him with arrogance.
Worst experience. Please don't visit owner and staff is irresponsible. Burnt my wife's scalp while hair straightening. And refused to accept their mistake. Had no sign of guilt or regret on their face and smiled shamelessly. We will never visit again and will never recommend anyone to go to this place.
The worst salon i been call them to get myself an appointment but they are not attending the call and then in between there call got busy for 15-20 mins i was like okay no problem i will call them again but after then too they did not pick up my call i have called them like what 5-6 times Now by fare the most insult a customer could take i would never came to your salon
