Bad Service. Ordered an LG Refrigerator for 24500 yesterday. The installation guy was supposed to install but hasn't arrived yet. Called the dealer, he said to open and install the Refrigerator by self. How is a 65 years old person supposed to do that on his own. The base stand that has been given doesn't seem to fit the refrigerator. Let's hope, the installation guy would be there and do their job. The delivery charges was agreed to be ₹ 1200 but the guys who delivered it, they were asking more money for delivering which we paid even though it makes no sense and they are driving without license.
Shop is good, having good collection of electronic products. Recently I purchased an Android TV from the showroom, I was instructed by the people in shop to not open the box untill the technician comes and install the TV. The technician came after 24 hours and after inspection told that the box is already opened at the shop itself, so no guarantee for physical damage will be provided. I contacted the shop they told not to worry they will take care if any damage is there. Luckily no damage was there, but I am still not happy with the fact that they have opened the box without informing the customer. Even inside package containing remote control was also opened. I firmly believe the piece was opened and used for demo purpose and then sold to me. I suggest all prospective customers to verify that the box is not opened before making a buy decision.
