Purchased moong dal kachori and rasgulla. Both are very worst in quality. Kachori was made by dalda and rasgulla is mixed with some other things.worst experience. Bombay sweets will be on the way of madhulika sweets. Kindly improve quality.

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant’s service. I had ordered a specific item and even confirmed it with them multiple times, yet they packed something completely different. When I pointed it out, instead of accepting their mistake, the staff kept arguing and were unwilling to take responsibility. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If a customer cannot even rely on getting the correct order, it reflects very poorly on the management. Also, food quality has degraded drastically.

Always buy sweets from this outlet after tasting them. Today I bought Kala jamun from this outlet and it was stale and bad smell was coming from it. Not sure how employees can't recognise whether the sweets has gone bad or not.
NBS group is so busy promoting other new outlets and the old city center one is suffering with bad experience. I placed a prepaid order. Food was okayish, but services are worse than street. I just asked two staffs to clean the table so that I can order other items but it was not cleaned by anyone(shared it's pic too).I also told them to give coffee first and then rest food. Guess what! Food was consumed and we even washed our hand but coffee didn't come. At last, when we were about to leave than they brought coffee. We were too unhappy with this experience.
