Worst experience, they have ruined the legacy of late Ramjas rai ji. They dont know how to treat the customer 3-4 decades old.The new generation owners have lost the courtesy to treat the old customer. All staff are very rude and ill mannered, they wont treat u the same if u go to return like they do when u go for purchase.In one go people buy items worth 10000 but they dont know how to retain and treat customers. Now a days all the new stores are very well equipped and modest they atleast know to talk to customers, one should avoid going to Ramjas rai specially the PN mall.
