I had a very disappointing experience at Shivangi Beauty Parlour. The owner, Shivangi, has a very rude. Instead of making customers feel welcomed, her way of talking was disrespectful and unfriendly. I believe good customer service should include basic courtesy and respect, which was completely missing here. I would not recommend this place until the behavior towards customers improves.
I had my bridal makeup done and it was a pleasant experience. I was so happy with the services and staff was so professional. It was best experience of my life and never imagined that I could look that beautiful.
