The room is good but bathroom is bad and the is fan also less air no ventalication. The main and important thing is there not following 24 hours check in and check out Yesterday I have inat 8:10 pm in evening and i went for reporting in bhu there are calling to check out at 11 am in the morning.i told them it talk some time after completing the reporting.i went to check out the room there asked pay 500 then u can checkout . I pay 250 and checkout from this guest house . the funniest thing there ask me to rate for the room . So I'm rating this for -1 star for this guest house
Terrible Experience – Do Not Book! This was by far the worst hotel I’ve come across. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty — honestly, public restrooms are in better condition. The overall state of the hotel was shocking and completely unacceptable. I booked it by mistake, and after seeing the condition in person, I canceled immediately. Unfortunately, the booking was prepaid, and I didn’t receive any refund despite the awful experience. It was so bad, I couldn’t even bring myself to stand in the room. A total waste of money — avoid at all costs!
--Extremely Disappointing Experience-- 🤮🤧🤢😠 zero knowledge regarding management of guest home.There was no proper communication regarding check-in and check-out procedures they provide you with personal contact number no telephone available, and they act like they don't know about providing assistance. Even after multiple complaints, nothing was resolved. The only things they care about are money not customers. Even they don't behave well with Guests.
I have stayed here a couple of times, none of the stays have been nice. Experience during visit - They made me wait for 2 hours even on advance booking. They charge (rs200-500) more after staying, they start begging that they will make losses as the AC bill is much, they don't think about it before booking. Service is just 0. There's no telephone call available for ordering food or services, personal numbers are provided and they will never respond if you need something. Hygiene - Super unhygienic They don't clean the clothes, room or washroom properly. Room and Ambience - Super bad The area is super narrow, bed to washroom, washroom to bed to main gate. there's no sitting area, chair or sofa. View - don't ask, mostly rooms are with no window so there's no view as there are merely 2/3 rooms available here with window, those have window that opens a wall side just 1 ft from the window, no natural light or view. Manners - Zero manner Even if you travel with your family members, they might make you wait in their garage (only capable to park a few bikes, no car parking available) for hours, they are not sure about room availability during advance bookings. Ultimately I would suggest, go for other Hotels, there are plenty near Lanka, BHU. Area of the hotel or accessibility is also very bad. Thanks.
Super bad behaviour, they charge more after staying. They make us wait in a garage for 2-3 hours, so embarrassing. Super Unhygienic ambience, and mannerless people with 0 etiquette.
