Guest house manager behavior was so rude.. without checking my booking he was trying to give non Ac room. Room was unclean, full of mosquitoes, no AC remote, no balcony with room but I had booked this guest house with balcony room, no good lighting in the room
Not sure from where to start Rooms were not clean at all. In ac there was no Ac remote & Ac also work very terrible. They should not bother any complain. Behavior is very tough, acting he is all known person. Poor quality soap given. Finding hotel from road is very horrible. Rooms were small &always dirty. Not cleaning everyday. Toilet also very dirty. Cockroches & mouse everywhere. Management was terrible very impolite & always rudy. For senior citizens avoid this at all cost. Also to reach at this place you have to walk a lot. All in all very very and very bad experience. Lastly to management it doesn't cost anything to be polite.Please those people who are traveling with old folks & family dont go in future.
I had an amazing stay at Teerth Guest House in Varanasi! The experience was truly awesome, and the staff was incredibly humble and welcoming. Their hospitality made my trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!
Hotel is not a approachable for any kinds of vehicles car, auto etc. it's for away 2 .5 km from main road. You can reach the hotel through very narrow streets on wheel chair. Staff behaviour is very bad and non cooperative. Rooms are dirty. AC are not working properly

I had very poor experience because it's never for a family person.see below what I actually found Narrow road with bad smells,no parking facility,staff service very poor,Very difficult to reach because have 2 walk for a long distance in a heavy traffic area,bathroom not clean,no water and basic amenities are provided.Each and every member must have aadhar. No where complaint if face any issue.No guarantee of security. In short very much poor...infact never book hotel near temple if u have luggage and family too.
